Today we participated in the annual Burn Camp Water Fight!

After two years of COVID cancellations Burn Camp finally resumed and so did the Water Fight…WHAT A BLAST WE HAD!
Burn Camp is a camp for burn survivors aged 7-18. Kids get a camp experience unlike any other at the Easter Seals campground out in K-Country.
The Water Fight is a crowd favorite! CFBTS volunteers were joined by our friends @redwoodmeadowsfire, and @kananaskisfire, as well as representatives from @edmontonfire and The Calgary Fire Department.
Lunch was served and then a full on water fight! Complete with fire hose, water guns, buckets, mud pits and slip n slides!
This year we made a $20,000 donation to the Camp. This money helps fund this safe camp for kids injured in fire. The worry and judgement free experience is phenomenal for these children!
