Shipping & Handling  Terms

• Please note, we are all volunteers. Items are generally shipped within 3-4 business days via Canada Post, and usually arrive within 5-7 business days within Canada. Please allow for extra shipping time for orders outside Canada.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of the purchase.
• Single item purchases generally will not have a parcel tracking number; this assists us in providing minimal shipping fees.
• Purchases outside of North America are subject to additional shipping fees. Customers will be contacted after their order is placed.
• For all purchases over $130 please email us your order at merchandise@cfbts.org.
• All shipping and merchandise prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
